
Detox Strawberry, Grapefruit, & Ginger-Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups hulled strawberries
- 1 peeled, seeded chopped grapefruit
- 1 cored and chopped sweet apple (don’t need to peel it)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- cubed or crushed ice
Method
