Welcome the month of August. August…my name day month!
Summer blueberries are still abundantly offered in the markets. A good time to pick up some extra and freeze while they’re at their plumpest and juiciest.
I’m baking up a beautiful dessert adorned with a cousin of the blueberry for the next post. In the meantime, here’s an honorable mention to everyone’s favorite antioxidant – Blueberries.

I’m doing well, but too busy-I’m working two food jobs now-yikes! Got myself a new 40 mm f/2.8G lens for my Nikon that I love-it really improves the light and detail for the food photos-will use it on September’s post. Hope all is well with you!
